I’ve been notified on a few occasions that there are topical political ads appearing on BBB – we have done our level best to put a stop to these, part of the problem being that their codes are disguised as beauty ads until they open up to reveal something quite different. I should also add that they’re responsive to your search history so if you’ve Googled anything to do with conflicts, they’re more likely to show up for you.

I’m really sorry about it – they’re not appropriate for this site, don’t reflect my views or opinions and are just downright annoying. We’ll keep trying to bring them to a halt.
